Barry Cappello was once again named a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. The association is invitation-only and is comprised of an elite group of civil plaintiff and criminal defense trial lawyers from each state. Each member goes through a third-party research and review process. According to the National Trial Lawyers, members are those “who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and public profile measured by equitable and uniformly applied standards in compliance with state bar and model rule.”
