Mandy plays an integral role in the firm’s cases from conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation.
Mandy Moua
In 2018, Ms. Moua joined Cappello & Noël LLP as a paralegal and became an associate upon passing the California Bar exam in 2024.
Ms. Moua’s practice spans all phases of civil litigation, including legal research and analysis, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. Her work covers a broad range of matters, such as commercial disputes, professional negligence, and mass tort actions. She has played a key role in securing some of the firm’s most significant settlements – including in a bad faith insurance action and an environmental disaster case through her contributions to in-depth legal research, and the drafting of dispositive and post-trial motions.
During law school, Ms. Moua was a Judicial Intern at the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara under Hon. Brian Hill (Ret.) where she received firsthand experience in courtroom procedures and judicial decision-making processes.
