ANDREW DICKERSON

Mr. Dickerson’s practice includes all forms of civil procedure, discovery and motion practice, as well as trial and appellate appearances. He plays a pivotal role in the firm’s law and motion practice, drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions, including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, demurrers, and other dispositive motions.

Dr. Dickerson oversees all aspects of the discovery process, from propounding and responding to discovery requests and document management to resolving disputes through meet and confer efforts. He also provides efficient and effective collection, review, and management of discovery-related documents, ensuring accurate and organized case management.

As an associate, Mr. Dickerson handles a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial contract disputes, attorney malpractice cases, and neighboring property disputes. He has helped recover substantial settlements for property owners and businesses affected by environmental disasters and public utility negligence, including the 2015 Refugio Oil Spill and the 2017 Thomas Fire and subsequent debris flows.
