Montecito Homeowners Take Legal Action Against County Over Parking for Hot Springs Trail

Four Montecito property owners are taking legal action against Santa Barbara County over the government's attempt to create up to 62 parking spaces for access to the Hot Springs Trail on East Mountain Drive. Complaint Filed Against County of Santa Barbara to Block Illegal Camp 4 Agreement

A complaint was filed against the County of Santa Barbara to prevent it from allowing the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians to develop over 1,400 acres of agricultural land in the Santa Ynez Valley known as Camp 4.
