Jasper L. Ozbirn focuses his practice on business litigation.
Mr. Ozbirn, Of Counsel, joined Cappello & Noël in 2012 after working as an associate litigator at Citron & Citron in Santa Monica. While there, he was responsible for all aspects of litigation including case management and analysis, preparing and arguing motions, and trial work. He prevailed on a summary judgment motion in a burn case, causing a co-defendant to offer their entire $1 million policy to settle the case.
